Thanksgiving Weekend Preview

(WAUSAU, WI)- The Cyclones take on the Oregon Tradesmen this weekend at Marathon Park. Puck drops at 7:10pm Friday and Saturday and streams on NAHLTV. Wausau enters the weekend with an 12-5-0-0 record, which is good for 3rd place in the Central Division and second place Oregon enters the weekend with a 13-5-0-0 record. Wausau is currently five points behind first place West Bend who was able to gain some ground while the Cyclones had last weekend off.

What to Watch For

The Cyclones offense has been much improved this season and the offense rankings across the NA3HL is impressive. Wausau is 9th in the 34-team league is goals scored. Wausau also is showing to be a very balanced offensive attack as a total of seven skaters are averaging more than a point per game. Forward Gabe Randel currently leads the team with 27 total points this season. 

Between the Pipes

Wausau is expected to start Collin Lemanski in net this weekend. Lemanski has a 1.92 GAA and .942 save percentage in 12 games. His record is currently 10-2 this year and the ten wins is tied for the league lead.
