Wausau holds a 3-4-1-0 record and the Woodsmen come into the weekend 4-1-1-0. will be playing their first game of their season. Puck drops at 7:15pm on Saturday night. What to Watch For
Forward Jacob Maxon had a big-time performance at the home opener Saturday night. Maxon netted two goals and also added an assist on Friday night to help the Clones earn the first series sweep of the year. Maxon is tied for the team lead with four goals this season.
Between the Pipes
Wausau is projected to split time between Parker Nevenhoven and Gavon Norton in net this weekend. Nevenhoven has a 4.69 GAA and .844 save percentage Norton sports 3.31 GAA and .898 save percentage
