Series Preview at Tomah

(WAUSAU, WI) – Wausau will wrap up a busy week of hockey with a pair of games at Tomah this weekend. The Clones currently lead the season series 2-1. Wausau enters the weekend 14-10-0-0 (fourth place) and the Woodsmen currently hold a 11-15-2-1 record. Wausau can pull within 3 points of 2nd place with a pair of wins this weekend.  Puck drops at 7:15pm Friday and Saturday on NAHLTV from Tomah Ice Center.

What to Watch For

Forward Brady Knutsen has taken his game to another level since early November as he has contributed points in 11 of 13 games (6 goals and 9 assists). His 13 goals this season is second on the team and his 12 assists ranks fourth. Knutsen is one of four Clones averaging over one point per game.

Between the Pipes

Wausau is projected to split time between Brady Faille and Brody Kunst in net this weekend. Faille has a 2.63 GAA in eight games. Kunst has a 0.789 GAA in five games with a .975 save percentage.
