Wausau, WI – The Wausau Cyclones are pleased to announce that forward Jackson Schroeder has signed a NAHL tender agreement with the Fairbanks Ice Dogs. Schroeder, a Stevens Point, Wisconsin native has netted 25 goals and contributed 34 assists in 43 games this season. The tender agreement will give Schroeder the opportunity to make the Ice Dogs 2026-27 roster through participating in their training camp later this fall.
““Jackson has had a great first year of Junior hockey. He has been a player that we have leaned on all year to provide offense for our team, but the fun part has been watching his entire game develop throughout the season. He has been a great teammate, and we are excited that he has earned this opportunity with the Alaska Fairbanks Ice Dogs,” stated GM of Hockey Operations & Head Coach Nathan Oystrick.
