May 14, 2025

Wausau, WI – The Cyclones have signed forward Jackson Schroeder to 2025-26 season tender agreement. Schroeder spent his high school hockey career with Stevens Point High School. During his senior season he scored 23 goals and had 38 assists in 24 games. Schroeder received several awards during his high school career including Wisconsin Boys Hockey Senior Player of the Year Finalist, Central Wisconsin Player of the Year Finalist, Joe Pavelski Award Finalist (Best Wisconsin Forward) and multiple time All-Conference award winner.

“Jackson is a major signing for us. He has been on our radar for the past few seasons and his accolades speak for themselves. Jackson has been one of the best players in Wisconsin for the past couple of years and he will provide us with a dynamic scoring touch and playmaking ability. Jackson plays a 200-foot game and plays with an edge. He isn’t afraid to throw a hit and take the puck to the net. We couldn’t be happier to welcome Jackson to the Cyclone Family,” stated Head Coach/GM of Hockey Operations Nathan Oystrick.
