Series Preview vs St. Louis

(WAUSAU, WI)- The Cyclones take on the St. Louis Jr. Blues at Marathon Park as Wausau returns from their Christmas break looking to move to 13-0 on the home ice this season. Puck drops at 7:10pm Friday and Saturday night and streams on NAHLTV. Wausau enters the weekend with an 22-6-0-1 record, which is good for a first- place tie in the Central Division and last place St. Louis enters the weekend with a 5-18-1-2 record.

What to Watch For

Wausau forward Connor Dvorak has quietly made his way into the top 5 in points in all of the NA3HL. Dvorak has 17 goals and 23 assists in 29 games. Along with Gabe Randel (47 points) that makes two Cyclones in the five in scoring. The team ranks 5th in the league in goals scored with 130, meanwhile St. Louis ranks 28th with just 68 goals. Watch for the Clones to show their scoring punch against a struggling St. Louis team.

Between the Pipes

Wausau is expected to start Collin Lemanski in net Friday. Lemanski has a 2.00 GAA and .943 save percentage in 16 games. His record is currently 14-2 this year and the 14 wins leads the league. Tanner Bonjernoor is expected to start Saturday. Bonjernoor has a save percentage of .908 and 2.80 GAA.
