(WAUSAU, WI)- After picking up a big road win last Saturday night in a trilling comeback Wausau continues the seven-game road trip to begin the season in Rochester this weekend. Wausau holds a 1-2-1-0 record and Rochester is 1-0-0-0 after playing their first game last Saturday and won 3-2 in a shootout versus West Bend. What to Watch For
Wausau welcomes back a big addition to the roster this week in defenseman Joel Anderson. Anderson had spent the last several weeks in the Springfield Jr. Blues camp after being drafted in the NAHL Draft last spring. Anderson netted 10 goals and had 31 assists during his rookie season with the Clones last season.
Between the Pipes
Wausau is projected to split time between Draven Wirth and Gavon Norton in net this weekend. Wirth picked up the win last Saturday night in his first game action of the season after allowing just three goals on 25 shots.
