Director of Business Operations – Zach Serwe

Zach Serwe joins the Cyclones as their Director of Business Operations after previously working in the United States Hockey League with the Madison Capitols as Director of Sales. Serwe started as an Account Executive during the Capitols Inaugural Season in October of 2014 and was promoted to his Director of Sales role in January of 2016. Serwe lead the effort which saw the Capitols increase sales revenues by over 60%. Prior to working with the Capitols, Zach was the Group Sales Manager for the Green Bay Bullfrogs of the Northwoods League. Serwe also completed Front Office internships with two Tampa Bay Rays Affiliates in the Princeton Rays and Bowling Green Hot Rods. Zach completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management in December of 2012 from UW-Parkside in Kenosha, WI.  Serwe is originally from Brownsville, WI.
