Dvorak commits to Hope College

Wausau, WI – The Wausau Cyclones are proud to announce that forward Connor Dvorak has committed to play Division 1 (ACHA) college hockey at Hope College in Holland, Michigan. Dvorak, a native of Michigan played in 94 games during his 2 seasons in Wausau where he scored 53 goals and contributed 72 assists. Dvorak finishes his Cyclones career as the franchise all-time leader in points, goals and assists.

““As an organization, we are extremely proud of Connor for his commitment to play college hockey at Hope College. Connor had an outstanding career with us in Wausau and was a crucial piece to our success on the ice. His leadership, goal scoring ability, and willingness to do what it takes for the team to win made him a very easy player to coach. His dedication to becoming an all-around two-way forward made our team more dangerous and his timely, big goals gave us an opportunity to win every night. We would like to congratulate Connor on his decision to attend Hope College, and we wish him nothing but the best in his hockey and academic future,” stated Head Coach Nathan Oystrick.
