Wausau, WI – The Cyclones have signed forward Antonio Giacalone to 2026-27 season tender agreement. Giacalone, a native of Ypsilanti, Michigan comes to Wausau after playing for Saline High. Last season he put up 25 goals and had 27 assists in 26 games. During his high school career, he netted 55 goals and had 82 assists in 99 games.
“We are extremely happy that Antonio chose the Wausau Cyclones as his next team to further his development and start his Junior Hockey journey. Antonio has a ton of offensive skill and instincts, while being the type of person who will go through a wall for his teammates. He plays fast and sees the ice well and combines all of that with a very high compete level, and an eagerness to learn, which makes him a great fit for us in Wausau,” stated Head Coach/GM of Hockey Operations Nathan Oystrick.
