Role: Assistant Coach
Job Expectations:
- Be at all practices and be comfortable with running drills
- Travel with the team to road games
- Attend community team events
- Understand hockey systems
- Help run a bench professionally
- Have healthy conversations with head coach and players
- Help with Equipment Manager duties (set up locker room, helmet stickers, handing our equipment, sharpen skates, replace blades, etc.)
- Update roster chart for games
- Compensation based on experience
- Housing provided by team
