(WAUSAU, WI)- Wausau begins their stretch of nine consecutive home games to finish the regular season this weekend as St. Louis visits Marathon Park. The Cyclones can clinch a postseason berth with a win Friday night. Wausau currently leads the season series with St. Louis four games to two with two games remaining. Puck drops at 7:10pm on Friday and Saturday on NAHLTV. The Cyclones are currently in 2nd place in the Central Division with an 25-10-2-1 record (53 points), while St. Louis comes into action Saturday 13-16-6-1 (33 points). Wausau is two points ahead of Rochester in the fight for home ice advantage during the first round of the playoffs.

Player to Watch

Cyclones forward Landon Bechtolt continues to impress offensively. Bechtolt has five games this season of scoring two goals and is now 3rd on the team in goals scored (16).

Between the Pipes

Wausau is expected to start Tanner Bonjernoor and Dereck Namlick in net this weekend. Bonjernoor has a 2.51 GAA and .914 save percentage in 23 games. Namlick sports a 2.97 GAA and .908 save percentage.
