(WAUSAU, WI)- The Cyclones take on the Oregon Tradesmen tonight at Oregon Ice Arena and tomorrow night on the home ice. Puck drops at 7:30pm on HockeyTV tonight and 7:10pm tomorrow. After splitting last weekend’s series with Willmar, the Cyclones come into the weekend with a (15-17-1-1) record. The Tradesmen comes into the series with a (23-9-0-3). Wausau leads Milwaukee by 8 points for the final playoff spot with just 13 games remaining.

What to Watch For

Watch for Cyclones forward Gage Vierzba to continue his great play as of late. In last weekend’s series against Willmar, Vierzba netted two goals and had one assist.

The Tradesmen are led by Sam VanderHoeven who has four goals and two assists in his last five games played.

Between the Pipes

Cyclones are expected to split the series between Zach Dosan, native of Rosemount, Minnesota and Mitch Miscevich from Niles, Illinois. Dosan comes into the weekend with a (7-9-1-0) record and a .914 save percentage, meanwhile Miscevich holds a (7-7-0-1) record and .918 save percentage.

Oregon is expected to split the series between Anthony Adleman and Ian Hedican. Adleman comes into the series with a (13-1-0-0) record and a .923 save percentage. Hedican comes into the weekend with a (8-5-0-3) record and a .937 save percentage.
