(WAUSAU, WI)- The Cyclones take on the Willmar WarHawks at the Willmar Civic Center this weekend in an out of division matchup. Puck drops at 7:10pm on HockeyTV both Friday and Saturday night. Willmar comes into the weekend with a record of (11-10-1-0) after splitting last week versus Alexandria and New Ulm. Wausau comes off a 3-1 loss at Oregon, which brought the season record to (9-11-0-1).
What to Watch For
Watch for Cyclones goalie Mitch Miscevich to continue his strong start to the season. Miscevich is currently 10th in the NA3HL with 2.07 goals against average.
The WarHawks are led by Jeremiah Konkel who has 14 goals and 14 assists in 22 games played.
Between the Pipes
Wausau is expected to split time between Zach Dosan and Mitch Miscevich. Dosan comes into the weekend with a 5-7 record and .928 save percentage. Miscevich has a 4-3 record and .942 in eight games.
The WarHawks are expected to split time between Cooper Olson and Will Pinney. Olson has a 4-3-1 record and 2.88 goals against average. Pinney is 3-5 with 3.86 goals against average.
