Weekend Preview Oct. 24/25

(WAUSAU, WI)- Wausau has a unique weekend coming up where they will have to prepare for two different opponents. Friday night Wausau will host the Woodsmen and then travel to West Bend Saturday night to take on the Power. Wausau enters the weekend 5-3-0-0 (tied for third place) and the Woodsmen currently hold a 2-9-1-0 record (5th place) after being swept by St. Louis. West Bend enters the weekend in 2nd place in the Central Division with a 12-9-2-0 having played four more games than Wausau to date.  Puck drops at 7:10pm on Friday and 7:30pm Saturday on NAHLTV.

What to Watch For

Forward Jackson Schroeder has had a heck of a start to his junior career. Schroeder has contributed points in 7 of 8 games played. His 13 points currently leads the team. Wisconsin is led by forward Maxim Lazo who has 16 points in 11 games this season. West Bend is third year NA3HL player Jace Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald has 22 points in 12 games.

Between the Pipes

Wausau is projected to split time between Brady Faille and Brody Kunst in net this weekend. Faille has a 2.42 GAA in four games. Kunst has a 0.57 GAA in three games with a .979 save percentage.
