Wausau, WI – The Wausau RiverWolves have signed defenseman Nate Brown and goaltender Caleb Sauer to a 2020-2021 contract. The additions of Brown and Sauer will bring quality junior hockey experience to their defensive zone. Both players spent their 2019-20 campaigns playing in the SIJHL with the Thief River Falls Norskies. Brown scored 1 goal and netted 14 assists in 47 games. Sauer had a 3.11 goals against average and .900 save percentage in 21 games. Brown and Sauer played their high school hockey at Waupun High School in Waupun, Wisconsin.

“Nate and Caleb will be two key additions for us as we look to continue to bolster our roster and make a push towards the playoffs. I believe they will be key contributors to help our team reach their goals,” stated Head Coach Colin Bailey.
