WAUSAU, WI)- The RiverWolves travel to Willmar, Minnesota this weekend as they conclude their 2019-2020 regular season campaign. Wausau faced Willmar during their home opening weekend back on September 27 & 28. Willmar defeated Wausau 4-1  in game one and took a OT victory in game two by a score of 3-2. Wausau currently stands in sixth place in the Central Division, while Willmar is fifth in the West Division. Willmar was officially eliminated from playoff contention last weekend.

What to Watch For

RiverWolves forward Robert Carlson has been finding his name on the stat sheet often recently. Carlson has six points in his last eight games played.

The Warhawks are led by Brandon Holt who leads the team with 40 total points. (G15, A34)

In the Crease

Joseph La Forge, native of Kenosha, Wisconsin is expected to start in net for the RiverWolves Friday Night.  He currently holds a 3-8-1-0 record, with a goals against average of 5.69.  His save percentage is at .881. Tyler Klatt will likely start the regular season finale.

The Warhawks are expected to play a combo of Luke Weberg and Lukas Haugen. Weberg is 7-10-0-0 with a goals against average of 4.74 and save percentage of .873. Haugen has a 4-9-2-1 record with a goals against average of 3.64 and save percentage of .920.
