(WAUSAU, WI)- The RiverWolves host Central Division foe in the Peoria Mustangs in weekend series beginning Friday night at Marathon Park Ice Arena.   Heading into Friday night’s contest Wausau holds a 3-11-1 record, while Peoria has a  7-9-0-1 record this season.

What to Watch For

Wausau will be looking to stack their success from their series sweep of the Milwaukee Power last weekend.To date Wausau has a 2-1-1 record on the home ice.  RiverWolves forward Kasey Couture has come into his own as of late. Couture tallied just three points in the first eight games of the season, but has since contributed eight point in his last seven games.

The Mustangs are led by forward Austin Keil who has 24 total points  in his third season playing in the NA3HL. George Giese and Dillan Bentley have 15 and 14 points respectfully.

In the Crease

Tyler Klatt, native of Monticello, Minnesota is expected to start in net for the RiverWolves.  He currently holds a 2-8-1 record with a goals against average of 5.51.  His save percentage is at .891.

The Mustangs  are expected to have Normal, Illinois native Jaden Gardner start in net.  His record for the season is 4-4-0-1 and his save percentage is at .906.  His goals against average is at 2.42.
