(WAUSAU, WI)- The RiverWolves have a home and home series this weekend against the Milwaukee Power. Tonight’s game is away at Milwaukee with a game time of 7 pm, and Saturday’s game will be home at Marathon Park at 7:10 pm. The RiverWolves are looking to get back into the win column this weekend after a rough stretch of games. Wausau is currently 2-4 vs Milwaukee in the season series.

What to Watch For

RiverWolves forward Isaac Wickersheim was one of two goal scorers for the RiverWolves in last night’s loss to Rochester. Wickersheim, native of Antigo, WI, has been consistent all year for the RiverWolves, tallying a team leading 12 goals.

The Milwaukee Power are currently 5th in the Central Division. They come into Friday’s action with a 9-26 record and are currently on a seven-game skid. The Power are led by Tyler Nelson, of Pleasanton, CA. Nelson is averaging 0.86 points per game, with eight goals and 22 assists.

Between the Pipes

Joseph La Forge, native of Kenosha, and Caleb Sauer, from Waupun, WI, are expected to split time in goal this weekend for The RiverWolves. La Forge has a 88.7% save percentage, meanwhile Sauer has a 89.3% save percentage.

The Power are expected to split time between Cole Shane and Ewan McDevitt. Shane has a 89.6% save percentage and McDevitt holds a 91.5% save percentage.
