(WAUSAU, WI)- The RiverWolves begin their 2020-21 season campaign tonight at Janesville Ice Arena versus the newly formed Oregon Tradesmen.  Wausau returns just 4 players from last season as the team retooled the roster. Among the new faces are several top players from North Central Wisconsin including Max Beste (Mosinee) and Issac Wickersheim (Antigo), who put up a combined 200 points during their high school careers.

What to Watch For

RiverWolves forward Kasey Couture highlights the returning players for Wausau. Last season Couture contributed 15 goals and 23 assists in 47 games.

The Oregon Trademen are led by former Coulee Region Chill skater Parker Severson who netted with 33 goals last season.

Between the Pipes

Joseph La Forge, native of Kenosha, Wisconsin is expected to start in net for the RiverWolves.

The Tradesmen are expected to start Leo Lapata in net Friday night.  Lapata is a native of Evanston, Illinois.
