WAUSAU, WI)- The RiverWolves take on the Coulee Region Chill Friday night at Marathon Park Ice Arena in their final match up between the two teams this season.  Heading into Friday’s contest, the season series has Coulee up four games to one. Wausau currently stands in sixth place in the Central Division, while Coulee is second in the Central Division.

What to Watch For

Wausau will be looking to finish their home schedule strong as they play their final two home games of the 2019-2020 season.  RiverWolves forward Tanner Eskro has an opportunity to finish the season as the RiverWolves all-time goal scoring leader. Eskro is just four goals behind current leader 2017-2018 RiverWolves forward Matt Irwin, who stands at 37 career goals. Eskro has five more games to accomplish the feat.

The Coulee Region Chill are led by Parker Severson who leads the team with 32 goals, and Sam VanderHoeven with 27 goals.

In the Crease

Tyler Klatt, native of Monticello, Minnesota is expected to start in net for the RiverWolves.  He currently holds a 2-24-0-0 record, with a goals against average of 6.33.  His save percentage is at .874.

The Chill are expected to start Michael Janke in net Friday night.  His record for the season is 12-7-0-0 and his save percentage is at .919.  His goals against average is at 2.65.
