Wausau, WI- The RiverWolves go on the road to Peoria, Illinois to face the Peoria Mustangs on Friday night before traveling to Affton, Missouri to play the St. Louis Jr. Blues in part of afternoon games on  Saturday and Sunday.

What to Watch For

Look for Peoria forward Tristan Trudel to continue his hot streak over the last few games.  Trudel has scored a goal in the last three games to bring his season total to 21 goals.  He is tied for third most points on the team with 36.

On Saturday and Sunday keep an eye on St. Louis forward Matthew Monreal as he has quietly scored goals in back to back games for the Jr. Blues.  He is tied with fellow forward Dante Jones for the team lead in goals with 21.  He sits five points behind teammate Will Baginski for the points lead.

Between the Pipes

Peoria is expected to send out goaltender Jaden Gardner, the Normal, Illinois native.  Gardner has played 25 games and has complied a 15-5 record with a 1.89 goals against average.  His save percentage sits at .935.

St. Louis is probable to start Canadian goaltender Mikael Foucher.  Foucher has an 18-3 record and has played in 23 games.  He has a save percentage of .926 to go along with a 2.02 goals against average.

The RiverWolves are likely to start goaltender Alexandr Gilev.  The Krasnoobsk, Russia native is 6-18 after playing in 26 games.  He has a 4.86 goals against average to go with his .889 save percentage.
